Daniela Flores

Chairman and Founding Partner

Daniela brings over 18 years of expertise advising global organisations on high-stakes communications strategies. Having worked across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, she has provided senior level counsel to clients on their corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement, including external and internal communications, as well as reputation and crisis management.

Prior to founding Purpose Union, Daniela was a Managing Director at global communications agency FGS (formerly Finsbury, part of the WPP network). Previously, she established operations for Speyside Corporate Relations in Colombia and Mexico, and was instrumental in setting up and running Capital MS&L (part of the Publicis Groupe) in the Middle East. 

She has extensive experience developing and delivering communications strategies for companies across sectors including financial services, natural resources, TMT and FMCG. She now leads the corporate practice at Purpose Union, working with startups, FTSE listed companies and multinationals. Her clients include Compass Group, Natwest, Sanofi, Sky and Unilever. 

A passionate advocate for gender equality, Daniela mentors women in the workplace and as a working mother champions inclusive leadership. She is actively involved in cultural, social and environmental initiatives in Latin America. She also serves as Co-Chair of the PRCA Purpose Group and recently featured on Women in PR’s 40 over 40 Powerlist 2025.
